Founded in July 2000, the company is a flexible packaging production enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales and service of multi-layer co-extrusion functional films. The company has a total investment of 0.15 billion yuan and a production area of 22000 square meters. The company has four seven-layer co-extrusion and three-bubble high barrier heat shrinkage film production units, and a 220cm nine-layer co-layer co-extrusion casting production line, the annual production capacity is 10000 tons.

In 2000, Wenzhou Chuangjia Packaging Material Co., Ltd. was established in Wenzhou Longgang Industrial Park. It introduced a five-layer co-extrusion water-blowing cooling unit, which mainly produces pesticide emulsifiable concentrate packaging inner film and vacuum packaging bags.
In 2004, the company introduced two seven-layer co-extruded water-blowing cooling units and began to develop and produce functional stretch films.
In 2010, it was approved by Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department as a provincial high-tech enterprise.
In 2011, the company began to build an international packaging model standard production plant in Qianku Industrial Zone with 18000 square meters of land acquisition.
In 2013, the model factory building in Qianku Industrial Zone was completed, and an Italian Corinth nine-layer tape casting production line and W.H nylon heat shrinkable film production line were introduced at the same time.
